Our cell line development platform uses CHO-K1 host cell lines and systematically optimized in-house proprietary vector system with speed, high efficiency and high productivity. The services we provide include gene sequence synthesis, vector construction, transfection, pool selection, single cell cloning, clone screening and clone stability study. We also create Primary Cell Bank (PCB), Master Cell Bank (MCB) and Working Cell Bank (WCB).
Speed: We can create stable pools with high titers and produce grams of drug substance materials within 7 weeks from DNA sequence. Additionally, we can identify top clones in just 12 weeeks. Typically, we complete the entire process from DNA to MCB within 6 months.
Productivity: Our stable pool titer can reach up to 8 g/L, with top clone titers up to 11 g/L. The average titer for all top clones generated thus far is around 6 g/L.
Diversity: We produce cell lines for a diverse range of molecules, including mAb, multi-specific Ab, and all recombinant proteins.
Throughput: We can develop multiple bulk pools for multiple molecules simultaneously.
Stability: Over 90% of selected top clones remain stable at PDL60
Regulatory Compliance: We only use animal component-free reagents, medium, and consumables. Additional, we employ single-cell imaging equipment to document cell division and growth during the single-cell cloning stage, providing the monoclonality evidence required by regulatory agencies.
