Background:

The client has two candidate molecules and need to choose one for CMC development after in-depth analysis.

Our solution: 

We cloned the codon-optimized genes provided by the client into our expression vectors. After transfection and selection, we got stable pools with titers about 2 g/L. The stable pools were used to generate multi grams of protein material which was purified and delivered to the client for analysis. In the meantime, we did single cell cloning of the pools for both molecules and got clones with titers about 5~6 g/L. The client chose the molecule for stability analysis and MCB / WCB cell banking.
