Background
Mixing is one of the critical unit operational steps of DP manufacturing. To ensure formulation is homogeneity and maintain product quality attributes, it is essential to evaluate the process parameters.
Result
Mixing volume, speed, and time were evaluated from two perspectives: homogeneity and shear impact. Given the complexity of fluid dynamics in mixing processes, a scale-up mixing study was conducted alongside a small-scale model, necessitating a well-designed study and rigorous verification.
