A case of asymmetric bsAb process development.
Result
Developed and locked process using our FB platform with titers ranged 3.6~4.4 g/L. The process was successfully scaled up to 100L in GMP manufacturing, demonstrating comparable cell culture growth, productivity, and product quality.
